Run the Aidelly dashboard in 17 languages and generate AI content in the language your audience actually speaks.

What multi-language is for

Two scenarios that traditional schedulers handle poorly:

  1. Your dashboard language ≠ your audience's language. You work in English; your followers are in Tokyo and need Japanese captions.
  2. You manage clients in different languages. An English-speaking agency owner managing a German client, a Brazilian client, and a Japanese client.

Aidelly handles both by keeping the dashboard language and the content language independent, per-workspace.

Supported languages

Round 2 (Vietnamese, Arabic, Swedish, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Indonesian, Polish) is on the roadmap.

Step 1 — Switch the dashboard language

The dashboard language is per-workspace, not per-user.

  1. Open the workspace you want to localize.
  2. Open Settings → Workspace settings → Language.
  3. Pick a language from the dropdown.
  4. Save.

The whole UI — menus, labels, buttons, tooltips, error messages — switches to the new language. Refresh once to flush cached strings on long-running pages.

Step 2 — Generate content in any language

The AI agent matches the workspace's content language by default, but you can override per-post.

  1. Open the composer.
  2. Click the language flag in the toolbar (defaults to the workspace language).
  3. Pick a different language for this post.
  4. Type your brief (in any language) and the AI agent drafts in the chosen language.

The agent doesn't just translate — it localizes: idiom, hashtag conventions, and platform-specific tone all match the target language.

Step 3 — Multilingual inbox replies

The inbox handles non-English comments and DMs natively:

  • Sentiment chips work across all supported languages.
  • Purchase intent detection works cross-lingually.
  • AI-drafted replies auto-match the language of the incoming message — a French comment gets a French reply.

You don't need to switch the dashboard language to handle a non-English thread.

Step 4 — Brand voice per language

Your Brand Memory is per-workspace. For a multilingual brand:

  • Create one workspace per language (e.g. Aidelly EN, Aidelly JA).
  • Add language-specific voice notes, reference docs, and example posts to each workspace's memory.
  • The AI uses the right brand voice based on which workspace you're in.

Or: one workspace with mixed-language brand memory — the AI picks the right voice tokens based on the post's target language.

Step 5 — Localized hashtags

When the post's content language is set, hashtag suggestions match. A Spanish post gets #marketingdigital, #emprendedor, #redessociales — not English hashtags appended to a Spanish caption.

Step 6 — Bulk Fill per language

Bulk Fill respects the workspace's content language. To bulk-schedule for two languages at once:

  1. Open the EN workspace, run Bulk Fill for English content.
  2. Switch to the JA workspace, run Bulk Fill for Japanese content.
  3. Both run in parallel; both write to their own calendar.

Agency use case

An agency managing a multilingual client roster:

  • Workspace 1 (Italian client): dashboard in Italian, brand voice in Italian.
  • Workspace 2 (Brazilian client): dashboard in Portuguese, brand voice in Brazilian-Portuguese.
  • Workspace 3 (Tokyo client): dashboard in Japanese, brand voice in formal Japanese.

The agency owner switches workspaces and the whole UI relocalizes. They write briefs in English; the AI drafts in each workspace's language.

  • Brand Profile — set brand voice per workspace (and per language).
  • Workspace Settings — language is one of the workspace-scoped settings.
  • Inbox — AI replies that match the comment's language automatically.
