Posting Sets
Save the whole composer — platforms, timing, hashtags, watermark, settings — as a one-click preset.
What posting sets are for
Most of your posts share the same composer setup: the same platforms, the same default time, the same hashtag block, the same first-comment template, the same watermark choice. Re-configuring every time is wasted clicks. Posting sets save the whole composer state as a preset you load with one click.
Useful when you publish many posts a week, or when an agency runs multiple client workspaces with different recurring formats.
Plan limits
| Plan | Saved sets |
|---|---|
| Launch | 3 |
| Scale | 10 |
| Agency | Unlimited |
Sets are workspace-scoped — each workspace gets its own library.
How to access
The posting-sets picker lives in two places:
- Composer toolbar — top-right, the Sets menu.
- Settings → Posting sets — for browsing, editing, and deleting saved sets.
Step 1 — Save the current composer state
- Open the composer for any post.
- Configure platforms, timing, hashtags, first comment, watermark, platform-specific settings — whatever you want captured.
- Click Sets → Save current as preset in the toolbar.
- Name the preset (e.g. "LinkedIn thought leadership / 9am UTC").
- (Optional) Add a description so future-you remembers what it's for.
- Click Save.
The preset is now in the Sets menu for that workspace.
Step 2 — Apply a preset
- Open a new draft.
- Click Sets in the toolbar.
- Pick a saved set from the dropdown.
- The composer fills in everything the set captured: platforms checked, hashtag block populated, default time set, first-comment template loaded, watermark setting applied.
- Write your post text and publish.
What gets saved
- Selected platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Per-platform variant text templates
- Posting-time pattern — specific time or next available slot
- Default hashtag block per platform
- First-comment template
- Default Content Plugs to insert
- Watermark setting (on / off / custom for this preset)
- Platform-specific overrides — Pinterest board, Mastodon visibility, IG reel destination, etc.
- Cooldown override for the preset (skip cooldown, or use a different one)
Step 3 — Edit or delete a saved set
- Open Settings → Posting sets.
- Find the set in the list.
- Click Edit to update fields, or Delete to remove.
Edits don't retroactively change posts already created with the old preset — they only affect future uses.
Bulk Fill with a preset
When you start a Bulk Fill run, the first option is Apply a Posting Set. Pick a set and the bulk run inherits all of its settings — every generated post uses the preset's platforms, timing, hashtags, etc.
Common patterns
- One preset per content type — "Thought leadership Mon/Wed/Fri 9am", "Behind the scenes Tue/Thu 4pm".
- One preset per client workspace — each agency client gets their own consistent format.
- Campaign presets — "Spring sale carousel + countdown" with hashtags, watermark variant, and link in first comment baked in.
